Tanmaya Posted October 24, 2008 Report Share Posted October 24, 2008 Hi,If you have already configured and fully functional one Domain Controller on current server and got new server to configure it again, then you will need to follow these steps,First make sure that, already configured DC is working perfectly fine.Secondly you should make new server as Additional DC in same environment.Then transfer each and every role from existing DC to Additional DC, so that you can promote Additional DC to Primary, when you take current DC offline.Hope this short description will help you to solve your issue.
