devthilina Posted November 7, 2008 Report Share Posted November 7, 2008 I have a windows 2003 active directory installed.Suddenly windowsxp users in windows domain could not log on to the networked win xp systems.In the error massage it says "THE SYSTEM COULD NOT LOG ON YOU.MAKE SURE YOUR USERNAME AND DOMAIN ARE CORRECT,THEN TYPE YOUR PASSWORD AGAIN.LETTERS IN PASSWORDS MUST BE TYPED USING THE CORRECT CASE"If u all know any solution PLS reply....!!! lafleur1977 Posted November 14, 2008 Report Share Posted November 14, 2008 I've seen that a few times, today at work infact. It usually is a username/password problem. I found that the keyboard wasnt typing certain characters and thats why students could not login. You could log in locally and see if you have a network conection. If not maybe specify it all manually. try pinging back to your servers and the other way around. Also check your servers network connections.Hope that helps.
