Sync Outlook with Windows Live Calendar using Outlook Connector Beta i

For work we use "hotmail" for email and for the calendar that all of us workers share. I have outlook and want to use it instead of always going to the officelive website to access it. I downloaded the Outlook Connector Beta- but for some reason it still won't grab all of my info from my calendar.... it shows ONE appointment out of 200+ appointments that are on there for the next few months... so I know it's doing something- if it's showing the one. I will try to make this not confusing.... here's the "background" info.

I am searched for days online and cannot find ANY information on what could be going on. For work we don't have regular @hotmail.com accounts- instead they are [email protected]. Then in the calendar section I have a calendar and then I have access to view our companies SHared calendar plus I can view one other employees calendar.

But when I try to view the calendars in outlook - I can't get anything- only 1 appointment will show up. Can anyone offer some guidance and/or some help? This is the only reason I even got outlook- was for the calendar feature- It would make my work like so much easier if I could just get it to work!
