Mikey666 Posted November 18, 2008 Report Share Posted November 18, 2008 I'm looking eventually to allow an outside machine to access a SQL Server service which is running fine on here locally. As well as the SQLSERVER service I need another one to allow logins either by Windows authentication or by username/password. The outside machine can ping it, but can't login.A lot of the services have properties with a Log On tab with domain\username then password stuff.
