Windows XP: Using only one program

ok, for a project at school i'm building a digital jukebox. to make a long story short, i basically need to be able to run iTunes but make that the only program that can run on the computer unless a certain action is taken. What i'm basically trying to say is i need to have iTunes running in a public place but make it so some random person cannot just walk up and start playing solitaire. It's a very similar idea to the way a lot of library computers run as in the ones that are meant only to search for books can only be used for that and without knowing actually how, someone cannot just exit the program and do whatever. I was just wondering how, or even if this is possible. Thanks for the help :D
