Try this link (to Microsoft Update) http://www.update.microsoft.com/If that does not fix your problem, try the followingopen a command prompt (Start -> Run -> cmd)type ping www.update.microsoft.comwhat is the IP address that is pinged?type ipconfig /flushdnswait a minute or sotype exitNow try Windows Update or Microsoft Update again.P.S.
