Copy CD contents to partition on HD using DOS

Hey guys. I have two partitions on my new hard drive. I want to copy the contents of my XP cd onto the second partition. I can't use a Win98 boot disk because I can't seem to gain access to the partition. Both partitions are NTFS. I've been worrying with this all day now. Can anyone point me in the right direction here? I've thought about using NTFSDos and have downloaded it, but I have no floppy drive to put it on and can't seem to figure out how to put it on cd. Anyway, thanks for any thoughts you all have.
