Damezzi Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 I have a computer which wasn't connected to the internet. Well, it worked just well and I only kept the anti-virus up to date. After connecting to the internet i have downloaded the windows update and interet explorer 8. I'm not being able to use IE, since the system keep closing it with a DEP message. The DEP message also appears here and there with no effects (no programs are closed) while i'm working.I've tried to disable it, but in control panel I'm only able to do it for individual programs. I disabled it for internet explorer, but it kept closing the program.How can I get rid of it. I just want my computer to work as it was working and if some kind of protection prevents it from working, I prefer to deal with viruses an spywares.thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
