I guess they have to start looking at other things now that Microsoft are in the Anti-Virus business.

What's going to happen when, in a couple of years, M$ anti-virus might be included with the Operating System?

It will be useless - because if it's installed with the O/S, most people with a computer are going to be running it, correct?

To evade a particular antivirus, its as simple as grabbing a hex editor, and changing something in the area that scanner looks at. If its the first 16 bytes, get the hex, change "Program Cannot Be Run In Dos" to pROGRAM Cannot Be Run In DOS" and bob's your uncle.

Hmmm...Now i'm sure i read somewhere that MS Internet Explorer will be seperate to the next Version of the Windows Operating system....

Maybe IE 7.0?

Buy the AV seperate?
