If you've ever needed to kill explorer.exe or a program crashes and all your taskbar goes into a total muddle, you can simply re-order it with this application. Personally i'm suprised why Microsoft never intergrated this into the actual Operating Systems...It's an essential application if you're into tabbed browsing and like re-arranging your tabs into a certain order, but are annoyed when you can't do the same with your taskbar.
