Boris
Another possible source of a problem is to do with the file jscript.dll.If this file is missing, corrupt, or not properly registered with the operating system several dialogs can be affected including Search Companion and also User Accounts, Windows Update, Help and Support, and System Restore.Have a look here for suggested solutions :-http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=831430
