jaymax Posted June 11, 2009 Report Share Posted June 11, 2009 How can I do a remote access of regedt.exe or regedit32.exe on another machine.O/S on both PC's Win2K Prof.What I have done:Remote machine is on, stuck in a questionable stateOn active machine I use the following: cmd [ii] In CMD Window => net use \\remote_computer_name\IPC$ /user:administrator * [iii] Password prompt => admin password entered [iv] <= connection successful [v] => regedt.exe --- However this takes me to the registry of the active and not the remote machine.How do I get to the registry of the remote platform ?
