HI to All,

I am a new one of this forum.

it as been a week I'm crashing my head cause of the problem I'll describe you:

(some general info)

1- I am used to program using Matlab

2- I create some simple software able to manage video an images for Neuroscientific Experiment

3- to do so I embed Media Player in a Matlab figure

4- I control Media Player using Media Player ActiveX

Since videos have to repeated many times, I usually make different checks running my programs till the end of all repetitions.

(es. 5 videos, each repeated 5 times...means that there are 25 video presentation and I control that all 25 presentation works fine)

Usually I did not get any error or trouble. BUT

One week ago I noticed that after the 20th presentation the MediaPlayer embedded in Matlab does not show the movie...

the strange thing is that if I load the movie in MediaPlayer alone (not MediaPlayer embedded in MAtlab) I get the error C00D11B1...

But if I wait 5 minutes or reboot the system the problem disappear (WMP alone show the clip) BUT WMP embedded in Matlab show the first 20 clips but not the 21th 22th...25th...at this point if I try to view the movie in WMP alone I get the error C00D11B1.

Now:

1- A problem of codec should not be ( I have many codec installed and this thing happens with different type movie format: .avi,.mpg)

2- A problem of DRM should not be ( I changed the folder name and I got no results)

3- A problem of driver or sound device should not be...they are update (I controlled many times)

4- I tried to upgrades as indicated in this url: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp

So

Is there anyone able to tell me why WMP11 after a good beginning suddenly (after ususally 20 repetition) stop show me the same clip it just before reproduced?

I hope I have been clear

Thanks

Tido
