WINDOWS NOT BOOTING

Recommended Posts

SIR,

I am having a strange problem with Windows Xp - Sp2. For the Years my PC was working very-very fine. I am having a PC Celeron with 512 RAM and Two HDD 80 + 40. and 80GB is the primary having Windows 98 and XP on D.

The problem is that my Windows restarts at the time of booting and not even starting in SAFE or Last Known startup.

I have tried to repair and reinstall windows but the starts normally on the same day but on next day the windows comes to same position means troubles in booting. If I disable the restart on error. then blue screen appears.

Please suggest me what to do.

Regards

Neeraj

Welcome to the forum. My guess is that if you can't start either 98 or XP even after re-installing them you have some sort of hardware problem, quite probably the hard disk. Do you know a technical person who can check the hard disk for you?
