Windows SteadyState

I've read some posts in WindowsForum asking for a tool that allows people to restrict computer access, but until now I hadn't been aware of a free solution.

Microsoft has a product called SteadyState that will let administrators lock down user access and will let administrators restrict internet use to only a few sites if they want. It looks like a pretty flexible, free tool.
