Windows schedule task created on one machine can control the VBscript

Recommended Posts

Hi,

We have our jobs running from a central task manager on machineA so that when we need to bring all other servers down we go to one centralized place to shut these processes down. Having jobs running all over the place will become a nightmare in the future to maintain! So good design here should be to get this to run from MachineA instead of creating and running from different machines. Is this not possible?

I've developed a VB script to process some files located in the same system and configured the scheduler to run that script every 1 hour from that system itself. The requirement is to create the task manager on machineB which can control the script running on machineB. Is this possible? If yes, how to perform this?
