Hb_Kai Posted September 30, 2009 Report Share Posted September 30, 2009 Right click on the programs icon > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility mode for ..(choose Windows 98 / ME) ...What may help as well since you are using Vista is, apply the following settings to the compatibility tab but there is no need to try unless the above doesn't work: Setting: Run in 256 colorsUses a limited set of colors in the program. Some older programs are designed to use fewer colors.Setting: Run in 640 × 480Runs the program in a smaller-sized window. Or run the program compatibility wizard:1. Click on Start2. Click on Control Panel3. Click on Programs4. Click on Use an older program with this version of Windows.5. Then just follow the instructions in the Wizard.If you are having problems installing the program, use the first solution but right click on the setup.exe file then run it.
