It seems as if it is.Windows 7 for $30 & Office 2007 for $60?I've signed up for both deals with my student email address & have both emails waiting, I just wanted to make sure it was legit before I did the final stage.Should I get Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Professional from the online store? I dont know the difference of the two. I am going to be starting a business, so the Professional version jumps out at me, but I dont want to lose any of the basic home stuff like media player etc. Even with Pro I'm still only allowed to use this copy on 1 computer right? johnnyscience Posted October 5, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 5, 2009 Ahh it seems that Pro allows you to be a Remote Desktop Host & Home edition does not.If I want to be able to access my computer via my iPhone remotely, then I do need professional right?Is all of Windows 7 a 64 bit? johnnyscience Posted October 6, 2009 Author Report Share Posted October 6, 2009 Ok so I just about ordered it, just filling the form out now.Its $30 for the download & then if I want a hard copy its an additional $13.So $43 for a true copy of 7 Pro 64, not bad. But it doesnt say for Windows 7, just says XP & Vista.Are they supposed to be coming out with a new Office suite for 7? If so I wont get Office 2007 & get the newest version.
