Installing 32 bit software in 64 bit Windows

Hi all

I normally use Linux for day-to-day so what seems like a simple question to you is not so simple for me.

I occasionally use Windows dual-booting with Linux on my notebook computer, for my iPhone and to stay in connect with all my Windows friends.

I currently have a 32 bit install of Windows XP and a bunch of software in it. Office, AVG, iTunes etc etc etc, standard stuff.

Here's the question: I plan to install 64 bit Windows and wonder if I will have any problems installing my 32 bit software into Windows 64 bit operating system?

Thanks

John
