How can I tell quality of wifi so I can download Win 7?

It will soon let you know if you start the download and it states that it will take an inordinate amount of time.

I assume you ordered the hard copy version as well, it may be best to wait for that to arrive (possibly quicker) as a friend was told this morning that a W7 download on his setup would take 37 hours - this is not due to his Internet service being slow but the Microsoft servers are so busy with people over-keen to get the new software.

Well I guess my wifi is good enough. It started downloading like normal and I'm up to about 20% and its been roughly 20 minutes? So it will probably take over an hour, but thats not too bad since its a complete OS.

I see there were a lot of problems upgrading from XP 32 to Win 7 64. I see an .iso dvd is needed to do a complete install. I dont have one at the moment, but trying to track one down.

It would be nice if the install worked right from the download.
