The_narrator3 Posted November 9, 2009 Report Share Posted November 9, 2009 Hi, I've managed to to install the latest version okay (done so when it came up on log in to do so) and when I try to log in I get the 80072efd error. Now I've checked and I'm not aware of any firewalls I have activated (if there's a way to be able to find out for definite, that would help) and I've also adjusted the IE Proxy settings as it says to do so in the help pages (I run Firefox though).It's been quite the head scratcher for a couple of days now so any help would be greatly appreciated!EDIT: I'm on Windows XP if that makes a difference.
