windows 7ultimate blue screen

HI,

I have this all-in-one motherboard 4a78t-e i built not long ago (6 monthes) with amd 7850 dual core. I'm using on-board hd3300 VIA graphic card.

After the initial excitement of installing Win7 ultimate 64bit, i experienced blue screen 3 times so far. (pretty sure it's not because of overclocking or bad ventilation as cpu temperate were monitored)

All windows driver are updated with the latest driver and OS patched to the latest as well.

My question is where do i find the detail of my blue screen OS dump and relevant log so i can troubleshoot.

There is a diagloue once i re-login to the pc after bluescreen, giving me the memory address that caused bluescreen and point me the detail of .dmp and .xml file that record the bluescreen. however, when i get to the folder, i can't open it. (i'm local admin, pc is not on the domain and it still won't let me access the xml file).

Any idea on how to further troubleshoot? The problem might come from an offending driver (most likely i think).

The previous system shutdown at 17:38:19 on ‎12/‎11/‎2009 was unexpected.
