I'm looking at copying the environment from one forest to another and I'm investigating the CreateXMLfromEnvironment and CreateEnvironmentfromXML scripts. Confusingly, the scripts Help file talks about optionally using a Migration Table as well. Initially that looks like duplication of effort. Does anyone know the advantages of one way over the other?
