problem on re-install tune up utilities

hello..i've a problem regarding the installation of tune up utilities 2010..i've been using tune up utilities since 2007..and i keep updating the version till 2010 version..however,since i've been using the 2010 version,the update cannot been carried..so,i decide to re-install the version..but the problem is i cant reinstall the tune up..it keeps saying "the feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable"..then at the bottom it says " click ok or try again,or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'TUM103.tmp' in the box below"..what can i do to overcome this prob?? please do help me..

Have you tried right clicking the .exe and running it as an Administrator ?

i too ve the same problem....i read in a forum tat we ve to install windows clean up utility or some revo uninstaller (google for both)to delete the registry keys....you try that dude...but anyways it is not working for me....
