Hey guys I have tried just about everything to solve this issue, but looks like i need some help... Heres the problem. I have gotten Acer Predator PC Desktop along with the "Acer G24" monitor, "Logitech G19" Keyboard, "Logitech G13" Game-Pad, for New Years/Christmas. Well as you imagine came home REALLY exited, set everything up, booted it up. (First problem, I live in Switzerland so the language choices were -German--Italian-French, but i expected to also be able to chose ENGLISH!!! Surfed google for about an hour or so to find a way to "Patch" an english version and found many guides however none worked for me for some odd reason... This is the minor issue i need help with, so if any of you have some free time, type away :P Will be much appreciated Anyways back to the main subject. I was downloading all the games etc when a error message popped up "Not enough space" I was schocked beause i have well over 3TB, well ofc it was in the wrong mamory storage called "Acer (C" and that only had 10 GB free.. Did not know how to free it up so tried backing it up (Selected everything and dragged it to the one of the much bigger storages with 1TB each) and....... DELETING EVERYTHING IN IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Of course i tried to sort of set the much bigger storage as a "Default' BUT didn't know how) now I cannot use my new PC... Tried repair etc.. going to try to reinstall windows 7 tomorow but really worried that it wont work. basically when i boot up i cant use ANY of the web surfing browsers (IE, Firefox, Google chrome) because they simply say "about:blank" when i type in "google.com" for instance. When i start up i see this message """""program operation error. Please restart the computer and try again. If the problem persists, please close all running programs and reinstall MyWinLocker."""""""" No idea what that means and how to deal with it. Someone help please guys? I REALLY wouldnt like to have all that hard earned money wasted... My main goal would be to RESET it COMPLETELY, as if i never started it if thats possible.. I dont really know that much about computers, so i will need very detailed Answers (Help). Help me out guys really getting depressed here and New Years is tomorow...(Sincerely sorry about horrible spelling/grammar mistakes i havent sleed in a few days so writing this in a rush to get to sleep ;( im literally spotting mistakes as i type -.-) Big fat thank you to anyone who wastes their time responding to me :P And of course thanks even if you took the time to read. Bye

Every computer is different and you really need to have a good read through the manual before you start using one, especially if you a fairly new to computing. The booklets that come with computers are usually pretty useless & you need to get hold of the proper manual (if they have one) which can usually be downloaded over the internet. Acer have their own way of doing things so I suggest you browse through their website (you seem to have internet access, presumably from another computer) to try to find the manual. As a stop-gap you can probably get some advice from the company you purchased the computer from.

You haven't mentioned an anti-virus program, so make sure you have one before you start surfing or downloading stuff. about:blank is the name of a notorious browser hijacker, but it is also a legitimate part of the Internet Explorer browsing process. You won't know which you have until you get your computer restored to proper running order and are connected to the internet again. If your browser has been hijacked, this link: PCHELL explains how to remove about:blank.

Having written all that I rather think you've got multiple problems with your Acer & may have to re-install the operating system. Consult the handbook and/or manual for how to do that with an Acer as you probably can't use the standard Windows system.

I doubt you will get all this sorted before New Years day, but we all live and learn this way.

WinLocker is a 3rd party encryption application which some people say doesn't work well with Acer products. I also suggest you get a Windows manual from a bookshop for your operating system (XP or 7?) and work your way through that before you start installing or downloading other applications.

The first question is: what version of Windows 7 do you have? If you have the Ultimate version, you can download the MUI (Mutlilingual User Interface) for free, and then you can change the language to English.

Next question: what is your HD layout - is it partitioned? If so, what is the size of your Windows partition? My guess is that it is too small, so you already ran out of disk space.

Dencandy has already mentioned anti-virus in his post. Do you have anti-virus and anti-malware programs installed, and did you scan your new computer if it is already infected? Unprotected computers can get infected within minutes of being connected to the Internet, so virus protection is absolutely essential!

With the rest of your problems we can deal once the above is covered.
