Dizzy714
Alright Vista Home Premium came stock on the computer I bought from Dell way back in February. Well, I literally replaced everything in the machine - most recently the motherboard, so my OS on my spare drive isn't activated anymore. My buddy gave me a Vista Ultimate product key, as well as a Home Premium just incase. But I'm wondering if it's possible to somehow upgrade an activate my OS to Ultimate from Home Premium without reformatting and reloading the entire OS on the drive - can this happen, or no? ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Call Microsoft; they will be able to reactivate your current Vista installation.
