Windows Live Sync delayed

Hello there

I have a synchronized folder with Windows Live Sync.

After several updates to this folder, I log on Windows Live Sync again in order to syncrhonize all the updates. The thing is that then it keeps creating a folder that does not exist any more at any of the two machines that are syncrhonizing this folder. My question is: Is it possible that the reason is that that folder was created in the past and Windows Live Sync will not stop until it synchronizes that change? That is to say, ¿might it be that Windows Live Sync work like a queue where there is an order with which synchronization is being done? I mean, is it posible that after completing this now unwanted particular folder's synchronization, then it detect the next element in the syncrhonization step's queue which is the removal of this particular folder? This is a troublesome because everytime I delete the folder on both comptuers, Windows Live Sync, creates it again. ¿any idea to solve it and making Windows Live Sync forget about creating this folder which does not exist any more in any of the two machines?
