We are not permitted to erect individual dishes. We also have a communal TV aerial which currently only brings in an analogue signal because we do not have Freeview in my local area. Consequently, my setup is to watch Freesat via a Humax Foxsat HDR box. This works very well. I do not have, nor do I want to have, a subscription TV service.In my sitting room I have a new LG HD 42" LCD TV on which I watch Freesat. In my bedroom I have an Orion 19" HD-ready LCD TV on which I currently only watch analogue TV via the standard roof aerial.Is there a system whereby I can transmit my SD or HD TV signal from my sitting room to my bedroom so that both TVs can be watched simultaneously or standalone? If so, how does it work and what kit would I need? Does it transmit from the box on my skirting board which leads in from the dish or from the 42" HD TV or from the Foxsat box? Maybe some sort of splitter from the Foxsat would do it? The distance from sitting room to bedroom in my bungalow, as the crow flies, is about 15 metres.I have tried wireless transmitters but they do not give me a very good picture.Can anyone recommend the kit I'll need to do the best possible job?
