dutch101
Hi,i have recently bought a new naga mouse, unfortunately it does not seem to be working properly. If i switch my PC off and reboot it does not pick the mouse up, occassionally i get a split second flicker of blue as it is booting up then nothing. i then have to unplug the usb connector and re connect it to a usb socket. the pc then picks the mouse up and it all seems to work fine, i have to go through this process everytime i switch on.i have conntacted razor who suggested drivers firmware etc i have made sure i have the latest drivers but still works as described above. i have tried all of the usb sockets on my system. and made sure nothing else was plugged in.i have tested this on a friends pc and he also experienced the same problem, however the rather strange aspect is that i have returned the mouse to the store who tested it for me their system picked the mouse up and was then rebooted three times and each time the mouse was picked up and worked, they suggested i made sure i had "the legacy" enabled in the bios settings (not sure what this is but it is enabled) but they could not offer any other advice other than "its one of those things" i know my usb sockets are working because i do not have this problem with my old microsoft optical mouse.i am still waiting for a further reply from razor but would be grateful if anyone has any ideas of what could be causing this and what i could do to try and solve the problemmy system is a GA-55-UD5 gigabyte mother board with a core i5 processor this was purchased from overclockers as a bundle and came overclocked to 4Ghz, i have also reinstalled windows 7 home premium. thanks

We ask for your kind understanding on this matter. Once the firmware is ready, we will contact you regarding this. Thank you."still a bit frustrating and you would have thought that this would have been their first reply. never mind will wait and see what further reply i get from razor. very good mouse though (once working)thanks
