My sister is running Windows Vista Home Premium on a Dell XPS M1330. She has deleted one of her emails from her hotmail account and it is no longer in her deleted folder. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted March 4, 2010 Report Share Posted March 4, 2010 Is that mail accessed via an email client (Outlook, Thunderbird), or purely via webmail? if the latter, what browser?If the browser cache has not been cleared, then that email could indeed still be available as a html page in the Temporary Internet Files cache folder.
