WINDOWS xp Taskbar & explorer.exe issues :(

HEY !!!

i have some big issues.

recently i installed this new theme and it might be that that caused this problem.

my windows xp Taskbar is missing.

i went to run and i wrote explorer.exe and that is not the problem.

when i click ctrl + ESC the only thing that apears is this

it could be that some shells are damaged or something maybe but is there any download maybe for the original windows xp so i can put it as default or. some fix?

i have another problem too my explorer.exe keeps crashing randomly for no reason

could you guys help me out with that too thanks!

NOTE: i have no viruses in my computer im 100 % sure

i actually did but it says cant restore to this bla bla date

i tested different days and it did not work

now my explorer.exe crashed and i manage to make a pic of it it seems like ntdll.dl is broken so i downloaded it and put it in the system root lets see now how it works brb!
