Always have to run troubleshooter to connect

Hi,

I've got a windows 7 laptop, 3 months old. Problem is, whenever I try to connect to the internet I have to run the troubleshooter which says it has to reset the network card everytime and finishes off by saying that the card doesn't have a relevant ISP address but fixes it?! What's that all about? I'm connecting to good old BTinternet and I'm not daft benough to ask them for help.....so ....can anyone help? It's more of a nuisance than anything else, but my wife's laptop which runs Vista has no problem connecting at all! I should point out that we're both connecting wirelessly!

cheers

Gordy
