Can't Boot into Vista after Windows Update

I have not been able to boot into Vista after i received a windows update around Feb 15th.

I've tried using Windows Repair cannot find the operating system and hangs after "Next" has been clicked.

I suspect that something has been corrupted, but I'm not sure what I should be looking for.

I also have Linux installed so I can do some disk checks using TestDisk, fdisk and ntsfinfo. I have pasted these below, but I don't see anything obviously wrong.

What should I be looking for in some system log in order to diagnose the problem?
