If it is "Retail" rather than OEM you should have no problems.

If in the distant future I have to re-install my pre-ordered/discounted/upgrade version of Windows 7 HomePremium 64bit ($50. from Beast Bye) on the same computer but on a formatted drive or on a new replacement drive, will I need the original XP Pro retail disk to use as a starting point and it also to be not installed and registered/validated on a different computer?
