je44ery
For some users (not certain if it is all users), their meeting cancellation notices are all marked urgent in importance. The problem is almost none of the users want this setting. We use urgent emails for truly urgent events, and no one wants their urgent alarms going off for meeting cancellations.Does anyone know where this setting is configured? We're using MS Office Outlook 2007 SP2 MSO.Thanks. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Is that perhaps an Exchange Server setting (assuming that these Outlook clients are connected to an Exchange Server)?
je44ery
Is that perhaps an Exchange Server setting (assuming that these Outlook clients are connected to an Exchange Server)?Excellent point! And, yes, our Outlook clients connect to Exchange Servers. I, too, and really beginning to suspect that the setting resides on the server side. Is this the right forum of Exchange Server setting questions?
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
Is this the right forum of Exchange Server setting questions? That is fine, but I doubt if we have many Exchange Server experts. You may want to try the appropriate group at http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/list/en-us/default.aspx
