Cannot clear "available offline" on a folder

In one of my network drives, I have about 5 BIG folders that I "make available offline" - this works fine, but I now need to "de-select" just one of these and there are some VERY big files in that are going to be changing a lot, so I will don't want them synchronizing. I can then select the sub folders that I do still want to sync.

However, I'm having problems turning "available offline" off for the entire folder. If I right click the folder, "Available offline" is ticked and I click it again to clear....and nothing happens.

If I right click the folder, properties, offline tab, and then try and untick it from there, I have the same thing, that nothing happens...it remains "available offline" - very annoying!

Does anyone have any ideas what's doing this?
