password startup

I recently did a new install of Windows XP over Windows 2000 Pro. I set up an administrator account and three other accounts withnames and passwords. When I restart my machine it opens through my administrator password but then hangs up. After some time, which I think is the time I established for screen savers to start, I get a screen that allows me to click in a box which shows a user name and password that I never entered for any user. I can't find any place to delete this account. It does not show up in my list of accounts This is a user name and password that I used in Windows 2000 for several of my programs.

Can anyone tell me how to delete this unwanted user name and password.
