vic Posted May 1, 2010 Report Share Posted May 1, 2010 I have a Dell Inspiron 6000 laptop i got it from a friend and the HD died so he gave it to me.. so i bought a new HD and i get this message... remove disks or media.. press any key to restart... am i doing something wrong? and BTW the OS was XP..SO how can I install xp on the new HD WHEN ALL I GET IS THIS Message!!please help.Vic Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
