Alan2273 Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 As Xp and W7 write to the MBR differently, XP has installed iits own MBR that cannot see W7.To dual boot you need to put XP on first.If you put the W7 DVD in and select repair, you can write a new MBR.
