I have reinstalled ActivClient three times, uninstalled and reinstalled IE8, IE7 and still no progress. Some sites immediately prompt me for PIN others do not. Tried all of the KB articles, reset Internet Explorer, Internet Explorer no add-ons, FireFox, Chrome, Safari, all with the same results. Looks like most of the sites I have tried require TLS I have tried toggling the advanced options with no luck. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
