Alan2273 Posted July 2, 2010 Report Share Posted July 2, 2010 More information is needed, have you installed the drivers for the LAN, are you on broaband (cable or ASDL) or dial up, if dial up have you installed the modem drivers.Are there any entries in Device Manager/Network adapters with red or yellow marks against them. I have a ADSL connection at 2 mbs and i did nothing to the modem(i have also a laptop in which i don' t have any problem with the internet(software->windows 7)) so i think that the modem is ok!
