noetus
I am running a Windows Server 2003. When I log onto the server, once every 24 hours or so, I'm presented with a message that MSI1C.tmp experienced and error and had to close. Upon checking the system logs, I usually find an Application Error entry logged around the same time that goes something like this:Reporting queued error: faulting application MSI1C.tmp, version 12.1.10111.100, faulting module mfc42.dll, version 6.6.8063.0, fault address 0x000245f1.Googling around has revealed that the problem is probably with C++ 6.0 runtime libraries, either the wrong version of mfc42.dll installed, or an incorrect registry entry somewhere. How best to track this down?
