redzero36 Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 I just got my windows 7 ultimate. I was able to successful install it on a new hard drive on another computer. It was pretty good so i decide to upgrade my vista home premium. When ever i tried to upgrade my vista home premium i would get an error. ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb Posted September 19, 2010 Report Share Posted September 19, 2010 Welcome to the Windows Forum.As the message says, you obviously cannot upgrade a 64-bit Windows version to a 32-bit version, and vice versa.
