is there a 'maximize all' function for taskbar buttons in win

Recommended Posts

hi, i always run into this problem of not being able to maximize all the open windows of a particular program at once. what i mean is, say i have a program that opens 10 small windows, and these are grouped on the taskbar. if i switch to some other programs, or if go to the desktop to do some stuff, and i want to get back to the 10 small windows all at once, i have to reopen the 10 windows one by one. i can click the 'show desktop' quicklaunch button to go back to the 10 windows again, but that function is super limited and wont work if i do something on the desktop.

in ubuntu, there is a right-click function called 'unminimize all'. anything like that in xp?
