LMAO Posted October 30, 2010 Report Share Posted October 30, 2010 Hi,I am a graduate student; we have a project and I need to remotely control a ATV. ATV is being controlled by a micro-processor which is connected to an on board laptop. But the laptop has to be connected to another "stationary laptop". I am an electrical engineer and know how to interface the processor to ATV motor and steering but I don't know whole a lot about "high level" computer software and I am not sure what the best way is to connect the laptops over wifi. I was thinking of turning the stationary laptop into a server so that ATV laptop can go to the site and get information to control the ATV. Other option I was thinking was remotely accessing the ATV laptop....Anyone knows of a better, simpler, faster way to do this?
