bludgard
You may access System Restore by clicking Start>type restore>select System Restore. It should open a window listing restore points from which to choose from.Nothing will be lost.If you need further assist, keep the thread updated.Thanks. bludgard
Other than reimaging your C: drive,I really don't have any other advice on this matter. You may find something helpful in this related thread.http://www.techtalkz.com/windows-vista-all/15216-restore-user-profile.htmlPerhaps one or more of the other members here can enlighten us both on this matter.
