I dont know if this is in the right sub-forum, but my Dell Latitude D620's wifi only shows up in the bottom right corner of the screen (i forgett what its called) if i go to network connections when i start my computer. This is with all programs. its a fresh install of Windows XP Professional edition (SP3) and updated with Windows Update. Everything updated. the only icons that show up are the windows search, the red ballon saying no antivirus, and the safely remove hardware icons. what gives?

Beyond that, I am with qat and don't know what you are asking.

First off I'd like to appologize for mispelling qat's name all this time.I knew I was missing something...again.

Second on,I third the motion of bewilderment regarding qat's befuddlement no doubt caused by a simple miscommunication.

:drinks:

edit:typo...one of them

First off I'd like to appologize for mispelling qat's name all this time.

Not everybody can easily read upside-down. (Amazingly many of my Japanese friends can easily read the most complex kanji characters upside-down.)

Anyway, turning ʇɐb becomes Pat, just to clarify that.

P.S. but I like 'qat' - a very unusual name!

So it is Pat then....

I thought that maybe it was in fact "qat" because of your avatar. It does appear to be a feline.(?)

Anyway, glad that matter is all sorted.

Good luck on the "weird wifi that relates to explorer" issue.I'm confident that this also will be clarified.

'Day to all...
