no sound in window7

i have a computer that come installed from factory with windows 7 and recently after a windows update my sound is lost on computer done a scan and all drivers show to be up to date even uninstalled and reinstalled with the update what exactually do i need to do to gt sound back on my computer is never seen this happen like this before has went through and done everything that tells me to do online but still no sound anything will be of great help needs sound for job thank you

A System Restore may or Image Backup would get you sorted.

Hi Bibo,

try opening Device manager and rolling back your sound driver to a previous version.
