Open Display Settings by clicking the Start button > Control Panel > under Appearance and Personalization click on Adjust Screen Resolution;

Or

Just right click your desktop on an empty space and select Screen Resolution :)

Use the first option to check the size of your screen resolution and use the second to check the size and or adjust your screen resolution.
