Silverfox
Now and again I like to view videos on You Tube. I have Adobe Flash Player installed. However, whenever I turn the computer off and then on again the next day, I am asked to install the flash player again!!!!!!!!!! Please help, is there a way of leaving it switched on??? MANEMAN
Hi there Silverfox. Try uninstalling Adobe Flashplayer completely with their uninstaller.Get it here: http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.htmlRe-install the latest player (10.1 at the time of writing.)That should solve the problem. - Works for me. :D John. :)
ɹəuəllıʍ ʇɐb
If John's suggestion does not solve the problem, please tell us first what Windows version you use (also, 32-bit or 64-bit), and what browser & version you use. After you restart Windows, can you see the Flash animation at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ and is there a Flash Player version information beneath it?What files do you have in C:\Windows\system32\Macromed\Flash (or C:\Windows\syswow64\Macromed\Flash if you use a 64-bit OS) ?
